7.Pineapple Sugarcane Spa Water:I love the sweet and tangy flavor of pineapple so a couple of months back when I read about this pineapple and sugarcane detox drink I was so eager to try this out and this drink turned out to be really tasty and has become one of my favourites detox drink.If you prefer a tropical taste like me this pineapple and sugarcane detox water would be just perfect for you.Pineapple helps to rid your body of free radicals and this recipe is damn easy and is so tasty.You just need a litre of filtered water,2 sticks of sugarcane and 7-8 chunks of freshly chopped pineapple.Fresh pineapple works much better than canned or tinned pineapple.Just mix all the ingredients in a pitcher and add lots of ice.Let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before drinking.I usually make this at night and drink it in the morning,this makes this drink tastes a lot better because infusing it overnight makes all the flavors combine so well.
8.Vegan Strawberry Raspberries Lemonade:You have to try out this recipe to experience how amazingly tasting is this lemonade.This light pink coloured lemonade is just out of the world.Just enjoy the treat with this sugar free version of lemonade.With a perky infusion of strawberries,raspberries and lemon this detox drink is ideal for a hot summery day.I usually let all the ingredients sit in water in the refrigerator for a whole day and the result is a pink lemonade that is just out of this world.Lemons,as you all know is good to flush out the toxins.Strawberries and raspberries are full of vitamins,antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.Both these not only have a great taste but are also very beneficial for a great skin.Take a big pitcher,add 6-7freshly chopped strawberries,12-15 raspberries and 7-8 wedges of a good juicy lemon,fill it with water,stir it and refrigerate for a whole day.Next day take out of the refrigerator,stir it and drink this strawberry and raspberry lemonade.
